@BBCWatchdog please do an investigation in to the owners of The National Lottery. It's a complete shambles and an embarrassment. Right now the app is not letting "a small number" of people play. Truth is people also can't update debit cards plus a host of other problems. @TNLUK

@jennywood6 @TNLUK Same issue for me, balance is zero and the bank app approves the transaction. Crazy that this isnt being fixed. What a way to lose loads of customers!

Well @TNLUK I’ve played the same numbers for years (I know not a good idea !) but looks like I will stop now as the new app won’t let me update my card 🤷🏼‍♀️ yes I’ve done everything needed also hung on to speak to someone - after 5 mins hung up…….

@TalBeerySec Different subject, do you know if AI is making the decision to terminate accounts? I had an issue a few where I messaged someone who wasnt in my contacts & had my account terminated, asked for a review which was declined, but was then reinstated out of the blue a day or so later

I was fired from WhatsApp this morning. I was responsible for adding the 'Delete for me' button — so when you scramble to delete a picture you sent to the wrong group, you end up making sure everyone else gets to enjoy it forever

@TNLUK Like many others, I cannot update my (soon 2 be expired) debit card. Balance is 0. Bank approved the transaction. I wont be going on hold for an hour to resolve it, & I wont keep trying (as you've told others). So I guess that's another customer you've lost. #BrokenBritain

@buyagift your 22% pop up, which can't be closed on a mobile (at least in Firefox) meant I left the site without buying.

@PostcodeLottery I assume you realise there’s a problem with your website? When I log in, I get another person’s account - name, address, DOB, email address etc. Every time it’s a different person’s account!! This data breach is very worrying. @ICOnews

@PostcodeLottery Similar issues with MS Edge browser. You can't scroll, so if something is off screen, you can't click on it. Just not optimised well for mobile browsers.

@PostcodeLottery I have the S25 FE with 6.7" screen, so latest Android OS and latest Firefox browser. The Word Reveal game, for example, does not fit on the screen. The letter reel is pushed off screen.
