Laws BJP could have enacted or amended without fear of women in last 12 years: 1. Gender neutral rape law 2. Gender neutral POSH law 3. Shared parenting law for children 4. Stronger law against false accusers BJP does not enact them, because it is run by boomer men.

A father held his newborn child for the last time. Then fought 9 court cases. 120 hearings. 40 trips across India. Just to see that child again. India denied him that right. His name was Atul Subash. His son is 5 years old today. Justice is still due. 🙏🇮🇳

Atul Subash named 6 people in his final note. His wife Nikita Singhania. Her mother Nisha Singhania. Her brother Anurag Singhania. Her uncle Sushil Singhania. Judge Rita Kaushik. Jaunpur Family Court. Court clerk Peshkar Madhav. In December 2025 the Magistrate found prima facie evidence against 3 accused. Case transferred to Sessions Court Bengaluru for trial. We are now in March 2026. The trial has not concluded. His son is still growing up without a father. Justice is still due. 🙏🇮🇳

When a man loses, he tries again. When a woman loses, she gets married. Now, Who has easy life? Who actually has the backup plan? And we still pretend the struggle is equal. 😌
