@AlpacaAurelius Timing of sex before ovulation is what i heard. Y sperm live fast and die young. If sex occurs a number of days before ovulation, the Y sperm die off before they reach the egg, and the X sperm fertilize for a female. Sex same day as ovulation produces male

@dragodimitrov I know a lot of Protestants and Catholics, most Protestants don't even know this is a thing for Catholics, and most Catholics (like 80 to 90 percent) don't even follow this teaching.

I think attachment to contraception is the #1 thing holding Protestants back from becoming Catholic.

@AileInTheValley @camliekr Common misunderstanding, those teachings do not contradict. In fact if you took away Paul's teachings then anyone who isn't Jewish couldn't be saved.

It directly mentions how demons would do exactly that. A demons very purpose is to take away from Jesus by any means-not necessarily to take away from "good"

@SigmaMakesIt @camliekr A demon would not ever implore you to follow the actual teachings of Jesus. A demon would not tell you to go out and help your fellow man, to give charity, and help raise up those of lesser means than yourself. These are things I've spent my entire life doing since I was a child.

@AileInTheValley @camliekr I believe a demon would 100 percent meet your spirituality on common ground- especially when that spirituality keeps you from Jesus. I would even say that a demon would encourage morals of it meant getting rid of Jesus

@AileInTheValley @camliekr I'm sure you have heard or read Jesus say he is the way the truth and the life and that no one gets to the father except through him. This shows an important difference between being spiritual and having a relationship with Jesus. Even demons are spiritual.
