We are aware of an issue in which signature fitting results (Analyse v1) will sometimes display incorrect/mismatched signature labels, so please double check that your results make sense for the selected organ and get in touch if you aren't sure while we work on a fix.

We know there is an issue with Analyse on Signal at the moment that is causing jobs to fail. Our apologies for this; please bear with us while we sort it out.

Site update: • The Gene Edits section of Explore has been redesigned with a focus on viewing data according to study, to accommodate a large amount of data that will be added shortly • Each plot in an analysis result can now be downloaded as a PNG file

Site update: • Big fixed in which analysis jobs exceeding the per-file sample limit would be inadvertently added to the Jobs page despite producing no results due to the error

Site update: • Reference signature contributions are now included in CSV downloads of a project when organ-specific signatures are selected as candidates for fitting

We had a slight technical issue over the weekend that made the analysis pipeline unavailable for a time, but everything is up and running now. Besides that, we hope you all had a great holiday weekend.

Site update: • Bug fixed in which chromosomes designated with the 'chr' prefix in user-uploaded files were being omitted by the analysis pipeline

Site update: • Bug fixed in which results pages would sometimes not update upon completion of an analysis job (referenced in previous tweet) • Bug fixed in which attempting to print results to paper or PDF would sometimes fail to bring up print options

We are aware of a (rare) bug in which Signal may not update its results page upon completion of an analysis job. If you get a notification that your job is complete but the results aren't showing (or it's taking a while), please try refreshing your browser while we work on a fix.

Site update: • Bug fixed in which analysis sample results page would sometimes freeze • Analysis will now quickly provide a meaningful error message if you upload a file containing more than the 10 sample limit

@bowman_rl @SerenaNikZainal @NatureCancer As for WES data, this may be uploaded for analysis currently however results may be tenuous depending on the number of mutations in your sample. We would love to chat over email or DM if you have signature data that you wish to contribute to the website (full credit given).

@bowman_rl @SerenaNikZainal @NatureCancer Hi Bobby. Sorry for the late reply. We are going to enable the upload of mouse data for analysis soon, and are also expecting to include more non-human (particularly mouse) signature data for users to explore in the near future.
