One thing that’s improved my trading more than any indicator is reviewing myself. I barely even write anymore. I just screen record my trades. Before I enter, while I’m in the trade, and after it’s over. When I watch those recordings back, I catch things I would’ve forgotten: Taking a trade out of boredom. Moving my stop because I didn’t want to lose. Closing too early because I got scared. Ignoring my own plan. You don’t realize how many mistakes you repeat until you see yourself making them. Your journal shouldn’t just show where you entered and exited. It should show why you made every decision. The market isn’t always the problem. Sometimes, you are. Review your trades. Watch yourself back. Be honest. That’s where the real improvement starts. Happy new trading week 📊💯
