Can we also please stop with the “Charlie would support this” BS. Over many years, I listened to his podcast and many (if not all) clips from his campus tours. I cannot think of a single time he didn’t bring up the topic of homeownership. Now I’m seeing so many posts from those who believe the magic bullet theory trying to convince everyone that we should be ok with paying a little more at the pump to “make sure Iran doesn’t have a nuclear bomb”. Which we all know who does and doesn’t have a nuclear weapons. This is more than oil and the price at the pump. Mortgage rates have skyrocketed since Trump went against what he campaigned on — NO NEW WARS. Mortgage rates were in the high 5’s - low 6’s. Now we’re seeing high 6’s, well on their way to 7% What does that mean? That means many first time homebuyers were just eliminated from the market. All purchasing power was lost — they no longer qualify. So miss me with the Charlie would support this. Anyone saying that is just being flat out dishonest.

It’s so “overwhelming” we have gun that not even the bomb dogs could trace, a magical bullet that caused minimal damage to Charlie’s neck though it would have taken down a bear, and of course, a scene that was paved over the next day. Just soooooo overwhelming.
