@TomCatEye I wish I can say much to help you, but I don't know you that well outside of this place. I can say though that I do the same a lot in helping others but not letting myself push myself further because I doubt I can do much. I wish I was as helpful to myself as I am to everyone...

Sometimes i think about the actions of my life, the people i try to help or to give for nothing in return, i try to put myself before others but i fear im not good enough to push myself further
