California is trying to pass what some are calling the ‘STOP NICK SHIRLEY ACT’ in order to scare independent journalists into silence.
UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
The bill would fine and jail reporters simply SEEKING interviews up to $10,000 in fines and one year in jail for misdemeanor violations with that fine raised to $50,000 if there’s injury.
Gavin Newsom and the corrupt Democrat politicians in California don’t want the fraud exposed that they’ve been allowing.
So now they’re trying to censor by punishing journalists for asking questions.
