Enzo Maresca is a very good and smart coach but he is too complacent, arrogant and way too complicated that's why you see him beat Barca 3:0 and lose to Fulham. I know how many times his complacency has cost us. We once drew or lost a game we should have won because this man decided to bench his entire full-backs. He is the type of coach that makes mistakes multiple times just to prove it himself right. Every week he is admitting to same mistake but never corrects it.
