@SimGuruFrost have you ever heard of someone having their sims 4 game wiped out that the game is acting like you new. And you have to create a new sim? I have over 1,000 hours and my sim families are gone.

I never used to get this, and for about a year now, it happens all the time. And it happens a lot right after traveling home. So I get 2 loading screens in a row basically @TheSims on console lately is such a mess @SimGuruFrost
