This is the latest on the WTN bug.
I want to state that this has been the highest priority for the team to fix. Unfortunately, it's a bit of "2 steps forward 1 step back" because every fix we send out solves it for some players but, critically, not everyone!
We're on it 🙏

Latest update as on Monday: Several players were able to play the game over the weekend, so the team is now looking into the changes we made on Friday evening and figuring out how best to scale it up for all affected players. #TheSimsMobile 1/2

After the fix yesterday we've seen more people get into the game. But many haven't yet.
The team continues to work on a permanent solution as we are determined to resolve this issue ASAP.

Months ago I was lacking inspiration & motivation so I recreated this home from @TheSimsFreePlay and I did not knock it down because I was hoping that this house would one day have balconies & that day is here. Much more to do but I’m so glad I didn’t knock it down.@TheSimsMobile
