Crediting Dr. Oz with being a scientist is funny. In 2003, Dr. Oz was banned for 2 years from presenting research at the American Association for Thoracic Surgery conference. A CMS Administrator who is allegedly a surgeon who lost his privileges to perform surgery. Top tier!
