昨天我把24岁买的持有了8年的北欧房产卖掉了！ 有些感慨，我终于再一次变成了没有不动产的一清二白老百姓了。
瑞典的房地产市场热度也从2010年的一路上涨一直到2022年才逐步滑落。 但是还好不是断崖式下跌，整体下跌幅度可能在10%左右。我昨天卖出去的价格刚好和我买的时候差不多还多几万块。 从投资角度上来看一定是不赚的，但是从刚需住的方面那一定是非常值得的。因为我买的时候经济还非常蓬勃，我一下和银行签了四年利率1%的合同，导致后面经济下行并没有对我的利率产生任何影响因为我首付高不需要还本金。 我在这个房子住的成本远远低于我租一套类似的房子。 买了四年以后就把它租出去了，租金不仅能cover掉所有利息和物业水电费等一切成本还能让我每个月赚几千零花钱。所以这么看来，在一个租售比合理且价格波动不大的地方去买房还是挺划算的。
这几年我国房地产市场一直不好，北京的房价据高点整体下跌近40%。 根据高盛前几天的2026年世界宏观经济预测，中国的房地产及配套行业仍然会大幅度拖整体GDP的后腿（虽然比2022-2025这几年已经好多了），source:（goldmansachs.com/insights/artic…）但是整体预测是27年会触底开始逐步反弹。
那么问题来了，如果接下来的一到两年内我需要再置办一套房，应该买在哪？

When I wrote this post, some may have doubted that May would be the last month in which we would see daily volume below $1m.
👉 Today it is already seen as normal to go well above $1m/d.
💣 By June/July we are at +$6m/d I have no doubt whatsoever. $ZCX 🧘♀️

The market seems to be starting to respond positively. $ZCX seems to have bottomed out and has had a good month. 👉 We should start to see partnerships like CoWSwap and Bebop in place. 💥 I think this will be the last month we see volume below 1M/D. 💁♀️

We need to rethink our listing process at @coinbase given there are ~1m tokens a week being created now, and growing. High quality problem to have, but evaluating each one by one is no longer feasible. And regulators need to understand that applying for approval for each one is totally infeasible at this point as well (they can't do 1m a week). It needs to move from a an allow list to a block list, and utilize customer reviews/automated scans of onchain data etc to help customers sift through. That and we'll continue integrating native DEX support more deeply. Customers shouldn't need to know or care whether the trade is happening on a DEX or CEX.

GM! Summarizing the BD week
- Meeting with 4 top-10 wallets (setting timelines for integration and trying to get a proper timeline)
- Built a case together with the biggest exchange wallet to integrate Unizen API. Presenting to their product team early next week
- Sent an agreement to a new earn partner and flagship zenchain project. Will be one we work with for years to come
- Met with 2 trading desks that are exploring DeFi option. These are potential volume giants
The patience will pay off. I've been on calls from 6am to 10pm most days this week. To make sure that we take a top spot in this space and deliver on whats been promised.

Finalizing timeline with another giant that will push this nmr 3x.
Focus for this week has been to get a timeline confirmation that atleast another big player will be live before EOY. Which means that we have a great position to be at +$10m /day during January.

Had a few ppl from the team at devcon last week.
They made huge amounts of introductions and new connections there. This will result in minimum 2 new top partnerships I'm sure.
Overall not enough top wallets and dApps are aware about Unizen. They integrated an aggregator once and havent taken the time to scavange the market.
When they where showed how much their users could save on swaps they where immediately interested.
Focus now is improved market prescence and awareness. That'll come with more top partnerships and exposure on socials.

From a holder perspective the biggest value is that we actually use our revenue to buyback and burn the token. Which the other aggregators doesnt do.
From a product perspective we’ll be enabling more routes towards networks that doesnt currently have cross-chain. And on top of this we are winning against our competitors on majority of transactions.

Been quiet here for a while.
100% focus lately has been towards the next top-tier partners to integrate the Unizen API.
Conversations has really taken off since @BitgetWallet started the integrations. Many more wallets wants to follow.
