Chicken, sweet potatoes & broccoli 4-5 times a day.
Only 2 cheat days a month. Went from 110 lbs skin and bones to 155 lbs of earned muscle. My life wasn’t perfect, the gym wasn’t my God, but it was my sanctuary; earphones in, tuning the world noise out.
GOD and the gym...two three letter words that kept me anchored. I prayed a lot in there too, thanking God for my blessings, my strength and guidance. Consistency beats motivation every single time.
