Orengo doesn't have an iota of moral authority to lecture anyone about governance yet he has rundown siaya county through corruption, poor development and political bickering. As A Governor he has performed poorly and that's why he creating diversionary tactics by undermining broadbased government.
He is still in pain that His senator Dr. Oburu Odinga was made the Party leader of orange Democratic movement (ODM) YET he assumed that he was heir apparent to the throne.
Also he is jealous that's his main opponent Cabinet secretary wandayi & Mp Atandi have been elevated to higher positions than him.
The fact that Orengo is undermining broadbased government is that he is dancing on the grave of Baba Raila Odinga and threatening Raila's legacy into the future.
