@BoschPTIndia New Bosch GSB 16RE has visible wobble with/without bit. tried drilling at diff speeds - clear wobble, eccentric Brad point, wood splintered at entry point, exit point not a circle. Need this replaced without doubt. Bill and media attached.

@ArturiaOfficial On 15 Feb 2026 Daniel (Arturia Support) emailed me asking to send 79.99€ to paypal@arturia.com and revert with Transaction ID which I did on 16 Feb 2026. An interim meaningless email was received, but there is no clear information on delivery. Very bad support.
