Yes. He lives like a king or emperor while common people struggle to afford groceries and gas. You must be one of the privileged managerial class which lives off the hard work of others while hanging on to the coattails of the rich and powerful in order to enjoy some of the benefits they get.

You can’t afford to put gas in your car. But the PM can use your money to take an airforce jet for personal travel to pop over to Boston for the day. Because he is a valuable human being. And you aren’t.

Why did Mark Carney fly to Boston, Massachusetts today? Nothing on his schedule saying he would leave Canada and enter the USA.

What might be seen as personal pleasure to you or me is basic transportation to world leaders. If he needs to pay for the flight I am sure he will but I don’t think he has given much thought to how he travels in many years. Is it unfortunate that this minor detail of the Prime Ministers extensive , and I believe necessary travel expenses, is so controversial. So many important things to be concerned with.

It is money taken with the implied threat of force, and intended for the public treasury to be used by the lawfully appointed authorities in the exercise of their constitutionally defined powers for the common good. It’s not to be used for the personal pleasure of the corruptocrats.
