@LouHaigh Which jobs is it securing, what about motor spares companies that sell us spark plugs, etc, will no longer be needed. Local garage won't be able to fix an electric car. This is the government forcing us into something we don't want, not giving us a choice.

This month in 1971, The Persuaders released their hit single 'Thin Line Between Love and Hate' which was later covered by The Pretenders on their 1984 album 'Learning to Crawl'. The cover version also featured Paul Carrack on keyboard and backing vocals.
