still ticking on with the browser procedural modeller. we now have lights, cameras, scene contexts and the simplest possible material system. quite a lot doesn't work, but more does work. just for my mvp love i want to integrate pathtraced output. .... just a small ask

sure I do agree it is hard, but after trying to make 1:1 port many times, you would notice tests passing aren't enough, for one, these tests were written for a different language with different assumptions the most obvious thing then is also the placeholders/reward hacking/lazyness angle, like I bet if you actually looked at all the output generated, it's going to be pretty bad tests passing alone doesn't mean anything if these aren't probably taken into account

I'm convinced the response was cut off, i think that some of these primitives were going to be used in for boolean operations

Prompt: Use boolean modelling to make me a wooden lakeside cabin with a jetty. make it highly detailed, and use as many nodes are is required.

I embedded an agent + API into my procedural modeller. This was a 'log cabin' it made. I'm honestly impressed - not a bad first attempt. Prompt and output in the comments

I'm making insane progress with my web based procedural modelling tool. 🌱 We have transforming and extruding faces in. These operations in the viewport also automatically insert the relevant nodes into the graph to keep it non destructive.

Viewport selection of edges, points and primitives working on the procedural modelling browser tool. Also a panelled layout with snapping, splitting, shared tabs etc etc
