@marksandspencer hey - what has happened to your mint crumbles? They are always disappearing from your range of confectionary and seem to be missing again now (I’ve tried stores in London and Birmingham and no sign of them - only empty shelve spaces). Are they coming back?

… to escalate further”. So nobody is prepared to help or tell me how to get further help. Have been badly misled by Boots who I foolishly trusted. Never again. Wish I’d come here to see all the others complaining about the dreadful online service before I wasted my money.

Hey @British_Airways what a shame the excitement of arriving 25 minutes early into @EdiAirport has been totally cancelled out by the usual disappointment at this dreadful airport that 40 minutes later there is still no sign of any luggage from the flight!

Evidence a @SwissportBags baggage cart DOES exist airside at @EdiAirport . Although, given it took almost an hour and a half to have the luggage from my arriving flight delivered to the baggage hall last night, I suspect this may be the only one on site?

Hey @airfrance I suggest you take a serious look at your handling agent contract for @EdiAirport - landed 50 minutes ago and still no sign of any bag delivery. This is not exactly a huge airport either. Dreadful. Lots of increasingly angry passengers. @SwissportBags atrocious.

Good to see @EDI_Airport back to it’s dreadful service levels as there is a huge build up of people waiting endlessly for bags. Just back from a trip visiting various other European airports - all of them far more efficient than this. This is an embarrassment for Scotland.

@British_Airways Although what is now annoying me even more now is to hear from the cabin crew that the issue with this seat has already been logged, yet you are continuing to allocate it to passengers without fixing it. Some customer service!

@British_Airways I save for months to afford to treat myself to a first class journey to NYC. The seat I am in is broken. It won’r adjust, No lights around my seat will work: either stuck on or off. Cabin crew can do nothing to help. What a joke and waste of money. Never again.

Another triumph from @British_Airways Flight BA1435 from EDI parked at an international stand on arrival at LHR. Told have to deplane from rear steps onto buses. 50 minutes later still waiting for buses. Loads of passengers now missing connections. Not enough buses.Appalling.
