Had our mural reveal this morning. Our Year 6's personalised it with the kids fave sports, their silhouettes, a bug hunt, interactive elements and perhaps the most important thing, showing that "Te Ao Māori Lives Here" with the kupu for each of the words actions in #TeReo.

@nzmrichards @McBride______ @Bridgetpee Genuinely interested in this research and these studies. Could you please provide any links for both for and against. Over the years I have found some, both pro and con, but they have had relatively small sample sizes.

@McBride______ @Bridgetpee It's really interesting the research around this. Devices in and of themselves have zero impact on learning outcomes, and as you suggest can be detrimental, however where used as i suggest in my thread, can accelerate progress, particularly for learners with some learning needs.
