As an account holder of Binance I was shocked to read their email today, which had no mention of a guilty plea from CZ (Binance’s majority shareholder). 1/2

Yes it’s a big deal that 🇨🇳 broadcasted #crypto but State run media also broadcasted a ban on mining years ago. The big question is how / if the #cryptocurrency market will react. #bitcoin has been down 7.5% over the past month.

@BinanceUS it is that … there is too much noise from people who are not qualified to have an opinion, used car salesman, Gen Z wannabe influencers and social media fakes who have no idea how to build a real business and shouldn’t be providing (what is essentially) financial advice.

There are some misinformation (and confusion) about #Binance Australia. @Binance_AUS requested to cancel the derivatives license yesterday. The platform had exactly 104 users as of yesterday. @Binance_AUS will CONTINUE to operate the spot exchange in AU. 🙏

Typically some guy with a degree in TikTok in his late 20’s who wants people to “follow me on my crypto journey” or claims to have a team that “does research”. These people are a dime a dozen and @asicmedia should go after them. They’re ripping people off. Part 2 of 2.

The other elephant in the room are people who run paid “private groups” and are clearly giving financial advice, when they are not financial advisors and have no credentials. Same people are talking about stock market and real estate. Part 1 of 2. @Cointelegraph

There’s no evidence to support this! To say @binance put FTX about of business is just wrong. FTX was dodgy, it was promoted by people who had no clue about #crypto (including many YouTubers out to make a quick 💵). Not to mention that #FTX was run by cowboys. cc: @Binance_AUS

I agree with @CathieDWood on this. I’d also remind people, this is just like the Dotcom era pre-Netscape where it’s all just getting started. #Bitcoin is here, others will come and go. Many people don’t know there were alternatives to the web back in the day. #crypto

So, the truth comes out about #FTXScandal ! When will the #crypto experts be held to account? Those who recommended #FTX ? The people receiving affiliate commissions? YouTubers and TikTokers telling people to sign up with FTX because they’re good guys? 🤦🏼‍♂️🙄 #FTXbankruptcy
