@premierinn Terrible experience at Elgin. 17 degrees and raining outside, 29 degrees in room, but apparently not covered under guarantee as A/C wasn't advertised. I didn't expect A/C, but I also didn't expect the room to be ten degrees hotter than outside even with window open!

@TurnipRail @NHSuk Yep. People are (rightly) worried about waiting lists and delays, but don't say when it works well. I was recently worried about a growth on my face. Emailed my GP on Monday, face-to-face appointment on Tuesday, clinical photo on Friday, got (negative) results eight days later.

So the @NHSuk is fantastic. I had a minor operation this afternoon under local anaesthetic. I went in at 1300, left at 1330 and - after a bit of cake - was back at work at 1415. I could not fault it.

If people like him are selling, not buying, then we're back to more houses being sold to non-landlords, house prices fall, fewer people need to rent, remaining landlords will have to offer good rights to find tenants. Economics 101!
