No one gets involved in education if they dont care about life outcomes for children, the sad fact is that these days, for some children, school is the only consistent support they have. #SchoolGovernor #ImprovementPartner #Leadership

and reinforce the guidance they get at home. The insights and experience I've gained during my time as school governor make me more determined to help improve the outcomes for every single child. No child should feel unsafe, unsupported or worth any less than their peers.

Exhausted. 3 x 12 hour night shifts followed by 9 stressful hours in school the same day, then back for a morning of interviews... I'm emotionally drained and shattered. Still.. back in the office tomorrow morning for 3 long day shifts... hopefully I'll get left alone!
