BREAKING: Hakeem Jeffries challenges the "dumbest president ever" to a debate to prove that he's smarter after Trump called another prominent Black American "low IQ" in his latest racist outburst. This would be an absolute blow-out victory for Democrats... "If Donald Trump wants to debate me anytime, anyplace, in the Oval Office, publicly, on camera, I'd be happy to do it," Jeffries told reporters. "And we'll see who's intellectually superior in that type of contest. I've got no doubts as to what the outcome would be. And it's extraordinary to me that Donald Trump keeps recycling this low IQ insult." Yesterday, Trump referred to Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, the only Black woman on the Supreme Court, as "low IQ," an insult that he regularly deploys against people of color. On Tuesday, he used the same insult against Jeffries. It's never subtle and it's always racist. Trump thinks that white people are inherently smarter and more competent than Black people. In an unrelated Truth Social post yesterday about the Virginia redistricting vote, Trump also referred to himself as "an extraordinarily brilliant person." No man in history has had such an inflated opinion of himself. "This is from the dumbest president ever to sit at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue," continued House Minority Leader Jeffries. "And there's not even a close second. Instead of insulting people all over the world, and I'm not really worried about what he has to say about me, but he's insulting our allies, he's worsening the United States' security posture in doing so, he's fighting with his own MAGA base, the economy is collapsing, it's a train wreck, which is why it's going to take Democrats to get things back on track." Jeffries is right. If Trump is such a genius, why is his presidency such a historic failure? We're embroiled in a pointless war overseas, consumer prices are skyrocketing, and his popularity has cratered. One would think that a "very stable genius" would be capable of even a little baseline competency. Would you like to see Jeffries debate Trump?
