@B2Trey @HailMaryland Nope didn’t say he played bad against top defenses.. what I said is, he had to carry us and make the plays happen. Many times our guys couldn’t get open, but we had the injuries last year too

The 12-0 stat is nice, but context is everything. Most of those wins came against bottom-tier defenses. Jayden poise is elite & he was carrying the heavy load, he deserves a powerhouse around him on offense. When we play good defenses the lack of investment on offense showed 🤷‍♀️

@SimoneBett @bisonskins I really wish we had the chance to watch Jayden, Terry, and Deebo work together. With all the injuries, it never had a chance to be what we hoped. I wouldn’t mind brining Deebo back while also adding a true WR2.

@SimoneBett @HailMaryland I agree. I want him to have all the weapons. My point is Dallas was the prime example. Dak has 2 ELITE WRs. Good running game. Good TE. And they weren’t winning games.

Unfortunately bc of the weapons his boss decided to give him were & still are all WR3/4’s who would probably be practice squad players on 31 other ball clubs. Outside of Terry, our GM has done NOTHINg to help my guy. Tunsil can’t run routes.

@SimoneBett I’d rather us have a stout defense. Look at the cowboys. That offense was firing like crazy but they couldn’t close out games at all

@SimoneBett Flip side, we need a stout defense that stops opponents from scoring, forces three and outs, or is aggressive in getting TOs and sacks. Having a poor defense that allowed pretty much any offense to score at will, had Jayden playing hero ball which isn’t sustainable or fair to him
