@SimonsJorts @zip808_ @FermStasia @khl_eng i blame both sets of parents. i see a lot of people living in poverty who raise amazing kids. it is well established that it is harder to parent when you are poor and have to work 2 jobs to put food on the table. it is still possible - but much more difficult.

@SimonsJorts @zip808_ @FermStasia @khl_eng One was raised poor and in the racist South with very little opportunity. The other was raised privileged an had every chance given to him. Both were failed by their parents, but it’s clear one’s fall from grace is a bigger disappointment.

@RodMakeKidsBald @zip808_ @FermStasia @khl_eng Well nothing has come out bad since and im sure if he was still being a shit head he wouldnt be doing well in Russia. It just blows my mind how people will show blind support to a criminal like george Floyd but rip guys like miller who made some big mistakes as a kid.

@SimonsJorts @zip808_ @FermStasia @khl_eng He didn’t have Down syndrome? All good then. Sorry but this wasn’t a one off mistake he made. This has to do with character and upbringing, an unfortunately when not raised properly as a child and teen then it’s hard to teach character as an adult.

@SimonsJorts @BoneDaddyLDBB @FermStasia @khl_eng What can I say man, I was born into a rich family. I'm highly educated, as a matter of fact, trilingual, graduated soft Eng. Went to an expensive private school and all. And I'm older than that. I just hate retards like you who pretend to be all high and mighty. You're just a fag

@zip808_ @FermStasia @khl_eng Love your dedication to the story and knowing the facts. The kid that was bullied didnt have down syndrome. Ive seen plenty of troubled youth grow up and be remarkable humans with some guidance. Hating on the actions of a child just shows your immaturity.

@FermStasia @khl_eng Im not acting like what he did isnt bad but there was obviously some poor guidance for the kid. He did apologize but it wasnt "good enough" I just have a hard time holding something against a child. Everyone acts like they are flawless but in reality hating on a kid is awful too

@SimonsJorts @khl_eng i didn't bully and abuse a disabled black child and i never called any one the n-word at sixteen. because i knew better. most people do. and beyond that he didn't fucking apologize and frankly was unremorseful to the victim of his actions.

There are many different places to fracture a vertebrae. Something like a non displaced transverse process fracture is stable and far less risky than what most people think when they hear “fractured spine” It’s like when someone has a fractured ankle and it’s a tiny little avulsion fleck of bone barely seen on xray but technically a fracture. They say they broke their ankle but really it’s a bad sprain Yes - these guys are tough. But the team isn’t letting them play with dangerous injuries and honestly this could have been less painful than a bad MCL tear
PuckEmpire@puckempire

Cutter Gauthier said he broke his L1 and L2 vertebrae on March 30th, per @Derek_Lee27. He returned just two weeks later on April 12th and played the ENTIRE postseason.

I know players normally say this kinda shit no matter what (Parise, etc). But I think Quinn means it and I think he’s signing there. I think it meant a lot to him the Wild ponied up what they did compared to certain other teams. I think he respects the GM and how he operates.
Joe Smith@JoeSmithNHL

Quinn Hughes: “I’m definitely open to re-signing here.” Said he really likes it here, the team, the management. Feels he can win here with #mnwild.

@JMC9787 I dont want buffalo because that would be a gut punch after running Lindy out of town. My thought is even though I still hold a bit of a grudge for colorado, Id love to see Burns finally get a cup

These NHL playoffs have almost no juice for me this year. Only team I’d like to see win is Buffalo. Hate the Canes Hate the Flyers Hate the Pens Hate Vegas Hate the Habs Still hold a grudge against the Avs for 2001. Didn’t wanna see Quinn win with Minn. Sabres my only hope.

@bobbybonesshow Recently had our 1st son and named him after his great grandpa who passed away in December. Pretty normal name. We had a different name picked out and started calling him Wolf while we figured out what his real name was going to be. Well he has been Wolf since he was born

ANONYMOUS INBOX: When I was born, my mom thought it would be sweet to name me after my grandfather. On paper, that sounds nice, but my whole life I’ve found it embarrassing to tell anyone that my name is “Orville.” When I do, all I hear is: “seriously,” “like ‘Redenbacher’,” and “how old ARE you.” I’m now planning to start the paperwork to have my name changed legally, but my mom is just devastated about it. She says a name shouldn’t matter that much, but to that I say if that were the case, this wouldn’t be a big deal to her, either. Am I wrong? Would you ever consider legally changing your name as an adult?

@yardnewsnetwork @andymke @ClownWorld When i was a kid, my friends and I would go in the woods by my house and dig up boulders. After we got them out we would drag them where was want with a rope. Crazy paying that for a rock

@andymke @ClownWorld If you've got a child under the age of 13, you can give them Capri sun, half pack of Goldfish Crackers, and 45 minutes at any outdoor event, and you'll have more rocks then you'll know what to do with.

A woman at the stone yard completely shocked because they’re charging $175 for a small irregular boulder and $229 for a medium one. She’s walking around zooming in on the price tags going ‘do people actually pay $175 for a fucking rock?’ and ‘it gets better… these ones are $229’ while losing her mind over it. Plain rocks on pallets. Nothing special. She even says they’re not fucking gold, it’s just a rock.

@JerseyDigs People thinking 70k is alot of sf have no idea how commercial space works. Cubes are about 150sf per person offices around 250. Then you have your meeting rooms, pantry etc. This shakes down to about 250 employees on-site
