I agree with you. Research dollars make Texas Tech look like an even worse candidate IMO. The lowest FY 2024 budget from the NSF for the B10 was Oregon at $175 million. Texas Tech was at $257 Million Oregon is only $82 million behind Texas Tech and only has a School of Arts and Sciences School of Business School of Design (Architecture) School of Education School of Journalism School of Law School of Music Texas Tech has the same plus a: School of Medicine School of Engineering School of Agriculture Sciences School of Health and Human Sciences School of Veterinary Medicine Texas Tech has a lot more resources to be better than they currently are.
