You can never “escape” all the drama and negative people around but you can “avoid” them if you really try. Wasting time on people with ALL the answers or ALL of the negativity takes work but it’s well worth it. Your energy is always up for grabs. Don’t let the naysayers in.

@JeremiahDJohns I don’t see the problem. Don’t answer calls from unknown numbers. Better yet, keep your phone on silent mode and keep it in a drawer.

Simple solution that people will reflexively hate: You should be charged to make a phone call. You can make it very cheap, just a couple cents. You can exempt the first 500 calls a month so very few people get charged. But this would instantly kill the spam call industry.
