@C1234Michael Hi Michael, Unfortunately all cancellations do need to be made over the phone as our Loyalty team need to confirm the safeword on the account to be able to access the account to make any changes. If calling us is inconvenient, we can arrange for an agent to call back instead.

@Simplisafe_UK i.e. a letter to Brian Bloch or Martin Fitzpatrick? That would be quicker that waiting on the 'phone.
