@simplybusiness what do I need to do to get a response? Submitted support req on 11 Jan. Told it was forwarded to your claims team for them to respond. I AM STILL WAITING. Chased twice now. It’s been nearly FOUR WEEKS. Pls have someone email me by COB tomorrow 6 Feb. Disgraceful.
