Why did it even let me use the Chat bot if it's "Outside operating hours"? Truly awful and unprofessional service!

@simplybusiness I strongly recommend not to use Simply Business. I logged on to cancel Auto Renewal. There is no option to do so! The FAQs suggest to use the chatbot which I did. You have to enter your details again.. Why? Only to be then told It's outside of operating hours! 1/2

@Mattallwright Worth it if you are doing any significant works. I did the check AFTER using a dodgy builder... he had 8 CCJ's! Obviously I would not have used him had I known.

@Mattallwright Regarding Rogue Traders on your show just now, it's about ten pounds to do a CCJ check on a Builder. All you need is name and address - legitimate builder will happily provide. Then you can see if they have CCJ's against them where they have defrauded previously

@wiltsfarmfoods Just saw your ad on Channel 5. Great Ad with the cheerful actress and put a smile on my face :)

@vuecinemas No need, you just need to show the ticket price INCLUDING VAT in the first place. Not to add the VAT at the final step of booking

@vuecinemas On your vuepass.com site, you add the tax later at the final stages, so the price of the tickets is more expensive than what is first shown. I don't think this is in accordance with the CMA rules. Please show the ticket prices including tax, straightaway

@welcomebreak In light of the recent issues with strangers accessing occupied hotel rooms, this happend to me too with one of your Days Inn hotels, twice! Manager at the time gave me free hotel stay. I hope your room security is a lot more robust now!

@premierinn the staff member confirmed they knocked twice and waited before entering. It was complete lies to get you out of the "Good night Guarantee" and a safety risk. You never honour this Guarantee regardless!

@premierinn In light of the recent issues with Hotel room security, I wish to publicly state that whilst staying in your newer Stevenage hotel, a housekeeping staff member knocked once and barged in. I made a formal complaint, only to be told that you have confirmed 1/2

@AldiUK Hi. Why don't you label your individual lollies/Ice creams? Once you've taken them out of the boxes and into your freezer (as you may have limited space), you have no idea what lolly or ice cream it is! Using a Sharpie is difficult on damp surface. Please sort it out.

No wonder the manufacturer sells replacement caps on their website... it's a money making scheme for them! You should not stock their bottles

@TKMaxxHelp Hi. Your "Orly" branded water bottles are of poor quality and can be dangerous. The pop-up lid on mines stopped working. Then the spring wire poked out and it's sharp! On my daughter's Orly bottle, the lid started to disintegrate. Both bottles are 3 month's old! 1/2

@TarmacLtd Hi. I just spoke to your staff member on your technical support number regaring a query. They had no product knowledge and just read off the technical sheet. What's the point of your technical support service?

With you directly as you are always too expensive. But you make it difficult to extend current product subscription with third party bought product key. I'm going with one of your rivals for my next renewal.

can't I have the option to use new key to extend current product? Or switch current product to new without having to reinstall? Have been a customer for 20 years but this is the last straw, your renewal process for third party bought licence is horrible. I don't wish to renew 2/3

@Norton_UK Why is it so difficult to try to use a new product key on existing activated account? I have Norton 360 deluxe. Bought 360 premium. I have entered new product key on my account, but just added as new product. Had to reinstall on all devices and enter new key. Why 1/2
