@Birdiex94x I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s bugged. It will probably be more like 100-200 hours but maybe some online modes are incorrectly giving out xp making it longer. I wouldn’t be surprised if 100 was supposed to be for player level rather than online

If this is genuinely the timeframe for the 100%... Then wtaf were they thinking I've started the online grind partially today as part of the Festival Playlist required it but was saving this achievement until I 100% the single player stuff... That's ridiculous...

This achievement in Forza Horizon 6 takes around 1,000 hours. ⚠️ That's more time than you need to 100% all the other Forza games COMBINED. I'm all for encouraging players to stay active, but this seems extremely excessive and requires zero skill. 👎

@JoeMerrick Direct $=€ is never going to be the case because euros pounds and such include sales tax in the price whereas US dollars doesn’t

This is a good point actually. Vast majority of first party Switch 2 games in Europe retail at €80 while in the US they're $70. Various people online (such as Centro) have been doing direct $ = € conversion when that hasn't actually been the case

@JoeMerrick people just see the number and not the currency symbol and immediately assume it will be 80$, when every switch 2 first party game (except mario kart) before Yoshi has been 80€ for the physical version in germany, so amazon just assumed it would be the same for gen 10

@Staticasaurus @oceanidic @JoeMerrick Its over 90 because in Germany the prices include sales tax which is 19%. Take that off and you’ll be much closer to the ballpark. Think its around 78 dollars. Also tbf in countries like Germany and uk etc the retailers often discount quite a bit before release anyway

@oceanidic @JoeMerrick if you want to convert currency, USD is currently sitting at 1.16 per 1 Euro. So that would mean US would pay over 90$ per copy, which isnt going to happen. it will likely be 80 across the board, but Id definitely be happier if its 70 like other non MK games

@NontendoPodcast Coversion wise, UK and EU games are more expensive. In the UK, worlds was £75 (100 dollars) So if this is right, I think it'll be the same price as Mario Kart World, which was 80 dollars in the US. I suspect the digital will be 10 less and they'll do a duel physical pack for 150

@NontendoPodcast You do realise euros prices are inclusive of a sales tax of say in this case 19% (germany sales tax) The dollar price would be in this calculation around $75 but they will have put it slightly higher for a buffer until pricing is confirmed

Forza video is fully in motion for the attempt at launching this new Birdie Plays channel in a month or so’s time Caught up the recording progress on my second account and have now switched back to the main and continued progression 🎉 Unsure whether my plan will be to obtain all achievements or 100% everything in the game That’ll be decided as we go through and figure out how ridiculous it may be to do some of the journal/accolade challenges Got some FC videos planned for this upcoming week as well and Gna try and stream my champs tomorrow 🙌🏼

@PauseMidnight @Colteastwood @asha_shar Dlc is 2 good sized expansion maps that are completely separate from the main game and made mainly after the game has been finished and sometimes used to test ideas for the following game. Not all dlc is cut content

@Birdiex94x There are a couple of different colour settings in the xbox display settings maybe worth seeing if any fare better than others. Might also be an active tone mapping thing maybe? If turning hdr completely off makes it work then hdr could be the answer

Well I guess the idea of starting the other games channel with a 100% completion of Forza Horizon 6 is off the table Did some tests and they were fine so then recorded my first 3 hours and this is how choppy the gameplay recording has come out Technology hates me once again It's honestly beyond a joke how often things just don't work for me with no legitimate reason for doing so Ruined the entire plan for my playthrough of this game and the new channel's launch Feels like the universe has told me so many times that this line of work doesn't want me involved 😭 Maybe I'll stream some of it going forward, if not then I can just play it super casually now in bed or wherever I guess which is a bonus I just don't understand why this happens to me so often

@Birdiex94x Ayyyyy! It’s very easy to put hours in to. Already almost at legends island lol. Managed to get a top 20 in the world danger sign. Im sure it will quickly fall down but still will hold up decently well unless some meta strat for that jump is found.

Forza Horizon 6 keeps the familiar formula, it just perfects it. Japan is packed with things to do, the graphics are sublime, and the gameplay is the best the series has ever had. Horizon 5 was the best racing game I’d ever played, and somehow Horizon 6 tops it. These games have always been a discovery engine for new music, and Horizon 6 proves it all over again. A masterclass in pure fun factor. Playground nailed it again. 9.6/10
