Today is World Stroke Day - a reminder that brain sagging from a spinal CSF leak can result in a stroke. This is a patient we treated this month who had suffered a PCA stroke. CSF-venous fistula was embolized by ⁦@marcelmaya⁩. ⁦@StrokeAHA_ASA⁩ ⁦@spinalCSFleak⁩

Epidural blood patches are a first line treatment for #spinalCSFleak and early patching can improve prognosis. So glad to have contributed to this multidisciplinary ⭐️open access⭐️ recommendation for early blood patching.
