Some lateral CSF leaks are diminutive but others are more sizable. Childhood orthostatic headaches and recent leg weakness. Imaging shows a lateral CSF leak from the left L1 nerve root that was caused by an aberrant artery of Adamkiewicz piercing the dura. ⁦@spinalCSFleak⁩
