Scripture is full of commands to care for the vulnerable (Isaiah 1:17, James 1:27, etc.). Weaponizing one passage to dunk on that feels like the very judgmentalism Jesus warned against elsewhere (Matthew 7:1-5). If the motive were truly self-glory, the event wouldn't have grown through grassroots church partnerships or kept the focus on the guests.

BREAKING🚨: Kick streamer Clavicular (Braden Eric Peters) has been arrested by Fort Lauderdale Police.
He was taken into custody on a misdemeanor battery charge (out-of-county warrant) with bond set at $1,000.
Separately, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is investigating a viral video showing Clavicular and others on an airboat in the Everglades, appearing to fire shots at a dead alligator.
FWC statement: “The FWC is aware of a video depicting individuals in the Everglades on an airboat who appear to be discharging firearms at an alligator. FWC officers are looking into the incident…”

I took a few minutes to watch this, and I would say that anyone who watches this and comes away without a feeling of disgust or worse for Candace Owens doesn’t have the same sensibilities and values that I do but I can only speak for myself.
