Lots of fun at The Durham Fringe today!

Within minutes of putting it on, the itchiness and the pain has stopped. I know it probably won't cure it, but my goodness honey is amazing, and we should be thankful to all the bees.

Warning: TMI about my toenail. I had my toenail removed 2 weeks ago. It's got a small infection. I'm allergic to most antibiotics so they need to find out what I can have. In the meantime, they prescribed a manuka honey cream and LET ME TELL YOU.... that stuff is AMAZING.

You know when brexit happened, and evry now and again you'd remember that it happened and it would hit you with a wave of despair? Well, I keep having a similar experience since Thursday, except its hope instead and it's just lovely.

The Newbiggin Halll Community Singers, and the wider community have been working with @NewWritingNorth creating a book, and Audio piece on themes of Beginnings, Home and themselves. We performed This Is Home, which was featured on the Audio, and also enjoyed a 3 course meal!

One Voice had a great time performing at @ArtsCtrWton today as part of their Craft Fayre Washington 60 event! We sang our socks off! (We put them back on again afterwards) There were so many great acts on today... Washington is chocka with creative talent!!

I'm glad to have been a small part of students university experience and have been able to give something back to the university where I learned so much from and fell in love with leading voices, and starting my choir journey. It really did go full circle.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the choir over the last few years, by either coming along and getting involved or from the sidelines.... we've had a lovely time :)

A sad day today, as it was the last University of Sunderland Choir session. The University have decided to pull the funding of the university choir. The arts are always the first to go.
