Over 2 years ago, West Ham fans protested for David Moyes to be sacked. Every game, they had “Moyes out”. In life, always watch what you wish for. Moyes was using a bang average team to win Conference League for them, as well as doing pretty well in the league, I mean he finished top half of the table with West Ham in this season, but they were complaining. They never knew he was pulling some crazy magic to keep them competitive. This is the same thing Everton fans are doing. Everyone battled relegation with Dyche and Lampard. Moyes was 4 points short of European spot this season, but I remember arguing with an Everton fan here on X, and he was part of the people who want Moyes out. Dewsbury-Hall was on MNF few weeks ago to say a bit about how Moyes gets results even the team does not look like it. I mean, they signed a striker who couldn’t even score in 17 games or more. At some point, he was playing Barry this week, Beto the next, because none were reliable. West Ham sacked Moyes. After that, they’ve had 3 managers. Lopetegui, Potter, and Nuno. They’re back to championship after 14 years. Again, be mindful of what you wish for.

Some West Ham fans unveiled a 'Moyes out' banner after the defeat against Nottingham Forest. The Hammers are eighth in the table. #BBCFootball #NFOWHU

🚨🎙️Pep Guardiola on Sir Alex Ferguson’s legacy in English football: “This is not me being modest or trying to show respect because of his age. I genuinely believe Sir Alex Ferguson is the greatest manager in the history of English football. What he built at Manchester United over so many years is something modern football may never see again. Winning once is difficult. Winning across different generations, different eras, different styles of football — that is greatness on another level. People speak about tactics a lot today, but Sir Alex had something even more powerful: control of an entire football culture. He knew when to rebuild, when to change players, when to be demanding and when to protect his team. That balance is very rare. And honestly, the Premier League I entered was already shaped by his mentality. Every big club in England still carries some influence from the standards he created at Manchester United. For me, trophies matter, but longevity at the top is what truly defines greatness. That is why Sir Alex will always be number one in England.”

Arsenal's net spend was virtually zero around 2006-13. When they moved to the Emirates Stadium from Highbury, they had very little transfer funds for a long time. If Arsène Wenger hadn’t held the club together and secured us a top-4 and UCL spot regularly in that period, we would've been lost long ago. It's easy to forget you on this day, but I know the club is where it is today partly because of you alone. Arsène is Arsenal, Arsenal is Arsène. Arsène built the stadium, Mikel turned on the lights.

🚨 Sir Alex Ferguson on the difference between young Cristiano Ronaldo and today's young generation: "What separated Cristiano was not his talent, but his perspective." "Most young players saw football as an opportunity. Ronaldo saw it as a responsibility. He believed that if he had been given a special gift, he owed it to himself to maximize it." "I never heard him speak about becoming popular, only about becoming better. His conversations were about improvement, not recognition." "The modern generation is incredibly gifted, but Cristiano had a rare ability to remain focused on the process while others were focused on the rewards." "That is why he became more than a great player. He became a reference point for every young footballer who dreams of reaching the highest level." 🏆✨🐐

@aniblogsan52394 Benar. Bukan tanpa alasan Arsenal bisa sustain dianggap sebagai The Bank of England Club.

Arsène Wenger will never be surpassed. We are a club of class. Every winning manager has contributed something to our story. Did Arteta build us a stadium, keep up financially competitive by staying top 4 year in and out despite not having strong players or sacrifice his own prospects and endure the leagues ridicule for years just for the sake of our club? There is only one Arsène.

if we win the Champions League, does Mikel Arteta overtake Arsene Wenger as the greatest Arsenal Manager of all time?

Cristiano Ronaldo shares the mindset shift that changed how he sees life “Sometimes we give so much energy to situations that don’t go well in our lives but when you have a health problem you just stop and your priority is the cure to resolve the sickness. The other things are not important” “We put everything in the same package trying to solve so many problems when sometimes this isn’t a problem. This is just situations of life, daily things” “We focus on so many things and we forget to focus on the main thing. Focus on your priorities, don’t focus on so many things” “This is what I learned over time. You start to see life in a different way”

Joe Hart on Pep's comment about regretting not giving him a chance at City: “I don't hold grudges. I gave my reasons, he gave his and he's the one with power. I liked him before, I like him now.” Love Joe, man. Brilliant human being. Proper blue. 🩵
