@Singtel the worst service possible. Complaint. Went to two different shops only to be told I have call. Had my broadband for less than 10 days and can't make WhatsApp phone calls with only my phone connected to the network. Now call dropped by Singtel and still no resolution.

又要吐槽 singtel 草台班子了 5G sim 卡升级非要用户亲自去换新卡(技术不行做不到无缝升级,那你也可以寄过来啊?) 之前尝试换成 e-sim,系统永远是崩溃的 现在大老远跑了一趟,回来旧卡不能用了,新卡换进去也不能用,打客服电话查了一圈也解释不清楚什么问题,叫我再去门店… 什么垃圾公司。

@kodanukichan Noted on this. Kindly remove and reinsert your SIM card and toggle airplane mode ON/OFF to refresh the connection. If you're on 5G, switch to 4G for a while, then reboot your mobile device and switch back to 5G connection. Please try and see if this helps. - Soo

@SingtelSupport I’m using a postpaid plan and live in the Bukit Batok area. I’ve restarted my device multiple times. I’ve also seen many complaints on Chinese social media (Xiaohongshu), so it likely isn’t just my issue.
