Been trying for over a week. I submitted a ticket and got the standard "give us info about your account" message so I submitted basically a NOVEL of the history of my account in every Riot game. Very detailed, personal, and thorough. And so depressing that you can't see your own responses to tickets cause I basically poured my fucking heart out. Included 2 images and a video of me being on my account 10 YEARS ago at 15 years old with a squeaky little kid's voice talking about how happy I was to finally promote to silver. It took me genuinely like 2-3 HOURS to write all of that out. And the response is just 2 copy paste bot messages. Of which I answered and gave even more info. And they just closed the fucking ticket. So I started a new ticket and included the 1st ticket number and we didn't pick up where we left off I had to completely restate everything again. And once I did I got yet another AI response asking for more info. So I gave it, and then Ruch asked me to rectify my old HS email address so I thought it was finally gonna work after I answered. But no MOUNTAIN GOAT OFF THE TOP ROPE WITH A COMPLETELY RANDOM AI RESPONSE TALKING ABOUT A REGION CHANGE THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR LMAOOOOO. On top of that, Ruch then sent me a message afterwards saying they STILL don't have enough information and that the ticket will close in 48 hours. It didn't close in 48 hours it closed immediately. The support ticket system is a fucking joke. My responses weren't read, they were immediately discarded by your trash AI bots. And it is so fucking beyond frustrating because this has been my League account since I was like 12 (I'm 25 now), I've spent thousands in the games over that time span and the League universe and Riot games have been a MASSIVE part of my life, and all I wanted to do was change my email so I could give you even more money for Riftbound Unleashed prerelease because I've gotten really into the game. #leagueoflegends #riotgames

Battle of Goldroad might be my favorite. 7 seasons of buildup of the Lannisters slowly taking over Westeros and Daenarys slowly building up her army across the sea. Leading up to this big battle. The thunder of the Dothraki approaching the Lannister army. Catching them completely off guard in the open. First time an army of Dothraki has even been in Westeros. Then the Dragon comes out of the clouds above them absolutely aura farming. First time in over a hundred years anyone there has seen a dragon. Only the stories of Daenerys having them.
