Not to contradict anyone else's experience but I am not a Liberal. Yet most men are mean, rude and disrespectful to me in general. Almost hostile, as if they are threatened! I am a kind and polite person. Women on the other hand are generally nice and helpful. This changes in a different culture. European men in general are polite, helpful and kind... an old world chivalry that is obsolete in our cuture. Being a conservative woman I appreciate it very much.
