Barack Obama made it easier for the federal government to prosecute hate crimes by removing the barrier that the victim must be participating in a federally protected activity. - Joe Biden/Kamala Harris had the lowest Black unemployment rate on record and the smallest gap between White and Black unemployment. - Many Black Americans found relief from high student loan debt under the last administration - Black American farmers were finally getting some justice for years of discrimination.
