If you’re ready to work through trauma I recommend finding a therapist who does EMDR. This form of therapy has saved my life. Literally.

I somehow never read “The Power of Now” until this year. I think it’s probably the best (clearest and most powerful) spiritual book ever written. And I’m including all sacred texts/Scriptures in that opinion.
