The CCTV footage was able to get better clearer pictures of him and video and a zoomed in video of him actually taking the shot on the roof. The defense argued that they wanted only the raw footage to be seen and that they didn’t want the enhanced version shown in court because they claimed that it was not the raw footage even though it was the raw footage, it was just enhanced… Which is exactly what you retards have been asking for, but Tyler Robinson‘s defense argued against showing it in court in the preliminary hearing because it could potentially ruin his chance with a unbiased jury. And why is that?? Because it’s so damning that he did killed him that they didn’t wanna ruin the trial and the judge knows it as well, so he didn’t allow it to be shown. (That doesn’t mean it’s not available) Because it was only a preliminary hearing to show probable cause for an actual trial with a jury.
