@ask_sixt Horrible experience. The person who greeted me added an option i never discussed and i never requested. I thought the price difference between the price shown when I booked online and the actual price was due to taxes. After complaining, no one wants to reimburse us.

Absolutely amazing trip to Florida so far … except for the horrific car from @SixtUSA DONT USE THIS COMPANY Gave us a 2024 Nissan Altima that has clear battery and/or alternator issues This was literally documented 5/14 by another customer. Yet they gave it to us 5/15 🗑️ 👎🏼

@ask_sixt rented a car using Expedia for a SixT rental car. My booking wasn’t honored because I used a debit card but my money was taken. I had to subsequently make another booking using my girlfriend’s credit card. I’ve been trying for two weeks to get a refund. No morals.

@SixtUSA @SixtSupport This is outrageous! SF Fisherman's Wharf branch changed my contract due to THEIR own error, forcing me to return the car early. Now they are charging me EXTRA for their mistake instead of refunding! Absolute scam to penalize a customer for a company's fault.
