I currently have my eyes on the newest Canadian Bitcoin Treasury Company: Sixty Six Capital ( $SIX.CN / $SIX ). They currently hold 131 Bitcoin and have a market cap of $17 million USD with a price per share of 0.16. This leads to an mNAV of just over 1. Two members of management currently hold a combined 85% of the company, so they are very incentivized to be aggressive in accumulating $BTC and growing the treasury. They are currently raising $2.5 million USD with an offering of shares at $0.14. The stock is up 100% today, and I see great potential ahead.

They currently HODL 18 $BTC and 113 Bitcoin worth of ETFs that they will be converting into direct holdings of Bitcoin. That brings us to a total of 131 Bitcoin. Moreover, they are currently doing a placement of shares at 0.14 for a total of $2.5 million USD in order to purchase additional Bitcoin. The current market cap is $18.1 million, which gives us a mNAV of 1.29. This is more than a reasonable mNAV for a new Bitcoin Treasury. CEO David Rowe owns 47% of the undiluted shares, while Robert Keith owns 36.5%, representing a total ownership of 83.5% between the two individuals. Interestingly, Mr. Rowe hails from the UK, perhaps the latest spree of UK Bitcoin Treasuries sparked his interested once again in accumulating Bitcoin. Furthermore, in April 2024, the company announced the appointment of Chris Irwin as a director focused on crypto and AI assets. This move, along with the CEO's full commitment, signaled the company's strong interest in Bitcoin accumulation. @sixtysixcapital also created a Twitter account today, showcasing intend at building awareness and investor interest. Today, after the latest press release of the purchase of 18 BTC and the announcement of the placement, the stock soared more than 100%. I expect much more positive price movement in the coming days, weeks, and months.
