It was used for playtesting games being developed by other teams. That game—drawn with astonishing detail—was Metal Slug. It was the first time I ever saw it in motion. Carrying that sense of awe with me, 30 years have passed in the blink of an eye. I think the best way around that is comparing it to how you would treat others, and I mean this in an "equivalent exchange" sort of way. "If I keep making renders for free on this persistent individual, how fair is this to others I deal with? that have been waiting?" or "Is this really worth my time to sink all this into without compensation? It's not even fan art."

@GiganticVi Yeah it really is on me. I know people who were able to push back and not take any bs and managed to get paid. But cause I was the perfect type of individual that had a hard time saying no, she had her claws sunk into me

You know, I also have a few of unreleased projects cause of Julia, one of which has around 98 renders. Tbh, I dunno if I care to release them, mostly cause of the bad memories, and the fact they arent comic formatted, theyre all just 1920x1080 images.
