@Sk8Ada Yes took me about a month as well! The funny thing is I was learning "gesture" in art and when I saw a photo of myself I could just SEE all the tension because of gesture lol It was part of what pushed me

One of the best things I did to get rid of my anxiety was focus on correcting my posture I had a bad case of nerd neck that was effecting my breathing (Shallow breathing creates an anxious mind) Now every breath feels amazing ✨️

@MuffetMedia Yesss!! I relate to this a) when I take a video of myself ice-skating I see how posture ruins all the aesthetics of whatever skill I’m working on b) for me, I have upper back/shoulder pain & when I see other people with bad posture, I myself start feeling tense - mirror neurons!
