"Self-reported" explains a lot. Polish people are famously modest - unless their English or German is flawless, they'll say they don't speak it. Meanwhile Serbia's 20% is likely inflated by people counting Croatian, Serbian and Bosnian as 3 separate languages.

Video game pricing: Final Fantasy cost $50 USD in 1987, which would be $125 today, so video games are comparatively much cheaper these days. That’s why complaints that they are too expensive are weird. But good indie games cost $10-$20, so I get the thought process. Tough call.

The way Pokemon Champions is doing monetization is actually pathetic. Charging players for more team slots, box spaces, giving free recruits. They're all ways to inconvenience players who fail to pay money to them. Cosmetics? Yes, that's how you should do it. Idc about music etc
