Its important to remember that illegal immigrants are as human as you and I. Some fall into crime and end up hurting people. But there are also families; parents and children, each with their own stories and reasons for migrating. Maybe their circumstances forced them to migrate.

I find it amusing when people accuse me of having "TDS" for criticising Trump since it implies that he has that kind of importance. He's brash, crude and a controversy magnet but at the end of the day, he's just another self-serving politician to me.

I am sick and tired of people mocking those who care about the planet. Clean air matters. Living forests matter. Healthy oceans matter. Animals matter. Biodiversity matters. Wanting a livable world for future generations should not be controversial.

In my opinion, him hiring prosperity gospel televangelist Paula White as his spiritual advisor does not inspire confidence, and the things she says make me wonder if he's surrounding himself with people who are telling him what he wants to hear. But thats just my 2 cents

One thing I've noticed is that quite a few of Trump's supporters seem to put him up on a pedestal (saying he's "chosen by God" ect) to the point of treating him as an almost-messianic figure. A literal gold statue really isn't helping those idolatry accusations.

After all, what's stopping a bad actor from picking those same policies to cater to the evangelical base for power?
